Weingut Nehrer

The winery Nehrer is a family business in St. Georgen and cultivates about 21 hectares of vineyards. In 1962, the winery Nehrer was founded, but the first vineyards date back to the 16th and 17th centuries. We produce organic and sustainable wines, mainly Blaufränkisch, Chardonnay and Welschriesling, covered by mineralic and fruity blends. Since 2020 Johannes Nehrer has the idea to create wine as close to nature as possible, but still with the elegance and precission that only the pure limestone and mica schist of Leithaberg can provide.
