Since 2007, we, Else Zuschmann and Peter Schöfmann, have been passionately dedicating ourselves to producing artisanal sparkling wines at our winery in the Weinviertel. The calcareous soils of our region, combined with the cool climate north of the Danube, as well as our sustainable, organic-biological cultivation enable the cultivation of grapes for high-quality and expressive sparkling wines. We are a sparkling wine winery that combines every step of the process under one roof, from the cultivation of the grapes to the finished sparkling wine.
