Weingut Ploder-Rosenberg

We, Manuel, Selina, Maria & Alfred are deeply rooted in the soils of the Styrian Volcanic Land. We are the third generation to cultivate our clay soils with sand & gravel deposits over volcanic subsoil. In 2006 we planted the first fungus-resistant vines (PIWIs) and converted our entire vineyards to biodynamic farming (demeter). In the cellar we concentrate on the wine, its character & its liveliness. Our most important tool is time. Our living wines come in three lines - FUNDAMNETAL, LINEA & ARCHAIC - wines from nature.
