Vineyards farmed only in the Wachau valley, artisanal craft instead of mechanisation culminating in fully handpicked grapes and unpolished wines – on the one hand controlled trademarks of the Vinea Wachau, on the other hand for us just a matter of course and furthermore a need for every single wine’s personality.
