We are convinced that in order to produce wines of the highest quality wine-making must be more than an occupation–it must be an integral part. This is why the members of our family are involved in each stage of the production process – be it the pruning of the vines in the freezing cold of a winter day, the foliage work under the hot Pannonian sun in summer or the harvest of the grapes on a golden day in autumn and, of course, the vinification in the cellar. Only if all these activities are in one hand, the final product – the wine – will get its individual and distinctive character
