On the outermost edge of the Weinviertel, Klaus Staringer produces singe-site vineyard wines, local wines and regional wines typical of the region. The family's vineyards have been organically certified since 2008, and their son-drenched sites are named Haspelberg, Hirschensprung, Rochusberg and Sonnenberg. STAR WINES are always classic and typical of their varieties, genuine Weinviertel products with a cool style. They thrive best in the deep loess soil and develop the typical loess characteristics of a full body, balanced acidity and good aging potential.
