Weingut STRAWANZER Donabaum

The Strawanzer winery is a third-generation family business in Spitz. Martin and his daughter Julia Donabaum cultivate 6 hectares of vineyards around Spitz in 80% terraced vineyards. Outstanding Grüner Veltliner, elegant Rieslings, varietal wines and also rare wines such as Neuburger are vinified. The sustainable approach to nature and vines, perfect ripen grapes, gentle vinification and the resulting wine quality make Martin and Julia to up-and-coming (young) winegrowers: in the Wachau valley. Strawanzer has also been certified "Sustainable Austria" since the 2021 vintage.
