Description
This wine was harvested on a sunny weekend at the end of October. Afterwards, the wine was put in a barrique barrel for fermentation and aging – without adding any sulphur. The name slow has two different meanings: first slow – because we gave the wine a lot of time to develop its intense flavours and s-low because no sulphur was added and no additives were appended.
