Unadulterated notes of fresh citrus fruit, white peach and acacia blossom, the texture is taut, the body muscular, concentrated and yet lean, also a little spicy, piquant and supported by a racy acid backbone; finishes juicy and mineral, perfectly balanced.

Harvest Notes
The ripe grapes were harvested by hand at the end of October.
Vinification
After several hours of maceration, the must was gently processed using a pneumatic press. The must was then fermented between 15 and 20 °C in stainless steel tanks.

Goes very well with light cuisine, seafood, smoked fish, grilled fish, Asian dishes or the typical "Heurigenjaus'n."
