Fragrant, aromatic bouquet, reminds of a flowery spring meadow with a hint of elderberry, the typical muscat aromas and the beautiful fruit together with the piquant acidity bring a pleasant bite to the palate.

The grapes were selectively harvested by hand at the beginning of September.

The grapes are pressed at very low pressure after a two-day maceration period. The clarified must is fermented in chilled stainless steel tanks and then matured on the fine lees. The varietal character should be clearly recognizable, with the focus on delicate aromas and flavours as well as freshness and fruit.

An excellent aperitif wine and an ideal summer drink for hot days, it goes well with elegant, fresh starters and salads.
