Description
Single vineyard Tempranillo grapes hand-picked and then aged in American Oak barrels for a minimum of 24-30 months and then a further minimum 24 months in bottle before release. Intense aromas of cherry and berry fruits with overtones of vanilla, the palate is rich and full with excellent finish. Ideal with roast meats and rich stews, try with lobster and crab serve between 16C-18C.
