Südsteiermark DACSauvignon Blanc Kalk & Kreide 2023

Ths organic Gutswein belongs to the most important wines of our family winery. It is a unique Terroir mix of 55 Sauvignon blanc parcels, mainly grown on mineralic limestone soil. The grapes have been selectively harvested by hand. The fantastic vintage 2023 is inspired by complexity and deep citric flavours. Ripe pears blended with aromatic elderberries. A mix of air and time reveal spicy cassis on the palate.
