Fine fragrance of violets, also some cherry and blackberry play along, juicy and straightforward, powerful physique, bundled and pointed, beautiful glace. Shows an amazing amount of grip for this grape variety, a very long-lasting wine!

Harvest in the middle of October, 14 days of maceration, controlled fermentation at 28-32°C in stainless steel tanks, after pressing approx. 12 months storage in french Allier-oak barrels (35% new).

Goes well with roast lamb or beef. Harmonizes also with fried, stuffed game dishes.
