Description
Our Pet Nat moves far away from any mainstream. Before it gets its natural bubbles through the Méthode Ancestrale, it starts fermentation on the mash for 1 week. Fine mousseux, lively, fine tannins and a refreshing acidity break away from all conventions. A very fine yeasty nose, paired with different aromas of various citrus fruits and slightly herbal notes. There are grapefruit, lime, but also some yarrow and kumquat. Full of energy, with a lot of pressure on the palate, light-footed and fresh.
