Strong ruby garnet with a very dark core, violet youthful purple reflections on the edge. Typical Blaufränkisch fruit of ripe sour cherries and black berries. Dry with balanced acidity, strong body and great fullness. Blackberries and sour cherries on the palate, spicy, with subtle hints of dark chocolate. Very ripe, soft and juicy tannins give the wine a long, harmonious finish with a spicy mineral finish. Fine Blaufränkisch with a noble style, mineral and elegant, the perfect accompaniment to fine meat dishes and game dishes.
