Very fine and yet full-bodied aromas, hints of pepper, on the palate then complex body, sparse earthy-spicy notes, mineral-taut, carried by a long tight structure with a firm core, lots of character and potential for years. Opal: very sparse. Supply: deep roots. Content: minerals. Expression: unique, straightforward, mineral, chalky-scratchy, pure, fine and endlessly characterful, recurring, memorable, firm, long and cool. Origin in 100% Blaufränkisch - only in selected vintages - very limited quantity.
