Delicate green yellow. First smell - that is Heiligenstein. Mineralic and flint - then apricot and lemon balm. At the same time very delicate and never clumsy. Fine acidity with pronouced minerality and finest stone fruit. High extract, much tension and very elegant. Great storage potential.
