Description
Despite low alcohol content, the Blauenstein is a full-bodied mineral wine with aromas of apricot, peach and citrus zest. The wine has a very animating acidity making it so easy to drink.

Harvest Notes
After 2 preselections final harvest. Riesling Blauenstein is a little bit earlier drinky and therefore earlier bottled than Heiligenstein or Kogelberg.
Vinification
A part with marceration time - classical in steel.

All kinds of fish or seafood - we prefer Blauenstein to Marillenknödel!
