A wine in a very dark straw yellow, which presents itself rather subtly on the nose with delicate citrus and grapefruit notes, green apple as well as slight hints of hay and anise. It is very fresh and fruity on the palate. The medium-bodied alcohol hardly comes into play due to the fresh, slender structure, very aromatic in the finish.

Such an elegant white wine should be served well chilled at around 8-9°C in a classic white wine glass. It is an excellent aperitif and the ideal companion to light, f resh summer cuisine.
