Description
The Schwerelos pours into the glass with a bright cherry red color with delicate pink reflections. The aroma is very floral and reminiscent of wild cherry, red currants, strawberries, all underlined by a subtly spicy note reminiscent of white pepper.

Food Pairing
A Frizzante best served chilled at around 7-8°C in a classic champagne flute. If you want to enhance the subtle sweetness, you can also opt for a slightly flared Riesling glass. It is perfect as an aperitif and pairs exceptionally well with Japanese cuisine. Sushi or crustaceans, such as lobster on crustacean foam with saffron risotto, or light poultry dishes, like chicken breast on salad with raspberry vinegar dressing, and classics like venison terrine with Cumberland sauce, all make it a delightful companion.
