This wine contains the essence of the Horitschon vineyards. The best grapes of Dürrau, Hochäcker and Kirchholz can be found in the 'Horitschon Blaufränkisch'. Their deep clay soils are rich in iron and produce structured, enthralling and at the same time elegant Blaufränkisch-wines. The enormous water storage capacity helps to maintain this elegance and complexity even in dry years. The old vines in our vineyards give the wine a long-lasting finish and a powerful expression.
