Description
2017 was a great vintage with wonderful aging potential. So we decided to harvest the rocky upper part of the Pfarrweinagrten vineyard separately. The Burgundy varieties Morillon and Pinot Gris were harvested together with the leading variety Pinot Blanc and bottled after a long aging period.
