Fully ripe grapes from our vineyards in the Gamlitz region, from the 15-35 years old vines, warm microclimate.

Selective harvest middle of September to beginning of October, exclusively by hand in small boxes.

Maturation time 12 hours, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, classic maturation on the fine lees.

Pair with fish dishes, risotto, asparagus and creative vegetarian dishes
