Roasted hazelnuts, toffee, honeydew melon, baked apple, clove Full-bodied yet elegant on the palate, the present acidity is very well integrated. The longer it is in the glass, the more it reveals its complexity. It clearly shows the typicalityof Straden: fertile volcanic soils on the surface (opulence) and limestone in the subsoil (elegance).
