Description
Pale golden yellow in the glass, ripe pome fruit on the nose with delicate roasted aromas, later cloves and a touch of exoticism. Initially creamy and full-bodied on the palate, it tapers towards the back with a good draw, has good length, well-integrated acidity, spicy, peary, iodine, elegant minerality. The typicality of Straden is clearly visible: fertile volcanic soils on the surface (opulence), but the shell limestone reigns underground (elegance).
