One of the oldest brands in Austria and the first Austrian quality wine produced with French grape varieties, started in the middle of the 80s. Our “Flagship” and our main brand called Das Phantom is more than a wine, it’s also a long story about Austrian winegrowing and winemaking. We sell our main brand now in more than 20 nations in 3 continents. We harvest and select every single plot and grape variety separately and after aging in small French oaks we create the blend for our “Flagship”. In the nose you always will find Blaufränkisch first, black olives, Mediterranean herbs, pepper spiciness and violet scent. An intense aroma of forest berry comes from the French grape varieties and a cool peppermint note in the end, from our Shiraz. A fascinating tension with a discreet cedar wood undertone and a Virginia tabaco note will be finish this outstanding cuvée. Simply “phantomastic“!
