A typical Grüner Veltliner. Cool Finesse, Burgundian appeal. Minerality. Clay, loess and gravel. Makes itself scarce, if it gets too cold. Gentle long-term pressing. Large cask, concrete egg. Spontaneously fermented. 10 month on the fine lees.
