Vinification
The Zweigelt grapes were selectively harvested by hand.
Food Pairing
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, manual circulation of the mash. Maceration time: 12 days. The malolactic fermentation and further aging took place in 500-liter wooden barrels. Only minimal sulphur was added during vinification.
