Sekt Austria Reserve Brut Blanc de BlancsNiederösterreich g.U.

The BLANC DE BLANCS style is on one side marked by the vineyards of the Danube region and their grape varieties (Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Chardonnay). On the other side the character is marked by the vinification in Austrian oak barrels. Grapes are harvested by hand, transported in small boxes and immediately pressed, whereby only the heart of the must is used. After six months of cask, it is bottled for the second fermentation. It matures between 2,5 and 3 years on the lees. This allows the wine to develop a beautiful creamy texture, until it is hand riddled and then disgorged.
