The Great Reserve is only made in selected years. All the ripening parameters of the grapes must be right in autumn. The delicate perlage and the delicate fruit only develop after a long period of maturation in the bottle. After five years in the bottle, our Grosse Reserve is taken from our 12 metre deep cellar in the Gaisberg.

Delicate mousseux, fragrant brioche, pure elegance! The grapes for the most valuable sparkling wine from our winery come from the Strasser Hasel. Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Grüner Veltliner from the Offenberg and Pinot Noir from the Stangl are fermented together in large oak barrels after gentle whole-cluster pressing.
