Description
Historia white is a wine with lemon colour with green tints and aromas of ripe yellow fruits (pear and melon). On the palate is dry with a moderate sense of sweetness, minerality and refreshing acidity. Aromas of white peach and apricot, reveal the fruity aftertaste.

Vinification
Separate harvest and vinification of each variety. Cold extraction for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at 14° C.
