Soft lemon-green colour with pronounced nose intensity of citrus fruit (grapefruit – lime), white peach, pear, lemon blossom and hints of minerality. Fruity palate with sharp acidity and aromas of white fruit, citrus, rose and mineral aromas of stone and steel.

Harvest Notes
Soft lemon-green colour with pronounced nose intensity of citrus fruit (grapefruit – lime), white peach, pear, lemon blossom and hints of minerality. Fruity palate with sharp acidity and aromas of white fruit, citrus, rose and mineral aromas of stone and steel.
Vinification
Collection of grapes and placement in a cooling chamber for 24 hours. The grapes are pressed very gently. The must is driven in stainless steel tanks for the alchoholic fermentation using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature (16 -18 C). The wine remain on it’s fine lees for 4 months and right after that the wine undergoes a filtration.
