Pale yellow with greenish hues. Aromas of pear, green apple and melon, with notes of lime, Chios mastic and fresh pine resin. Intensely aromatic and well-balanced, hits the mouth with a taste of Greek summer.

Vinification
Typical white vinification in stainless steel tanks at strictly controlled temperature, with addition of a small quantity of top-quality fresh pine resin during the alcoholic fermentation.
