Visual: Bright white-yellow color with greenish highlights Aroma: Its main characteristic is the expressive and typical aroma of mild intensity so that it can accompany more pleasant complex dishes. Aromatically, it focuses on fruity characters such as melon, apricot and citrus while being surrounded by more mature and sweet aromas such as honey and jasmine. Taste: Refined and complex on the palate with a full body. Characteristic peppery taste that goes perfectly with the honey character that comes out in the aftertaste. It is extremely balanced between acidity and alcohol level while also giving off a full, slightly oily body that harmoniously bridges the passage from the nose to the mouth.

Selection of Malagouzia grapes from mountainous regions of Macedonia in Florina and Pieria. A combination of berry testing and analytical data to determine the time of harvest in each vineyard. Harvested at the lowest possible temperatures of the day. Strict manual sorting during receipt.

Standard white vinification with cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures using selected yeast strains. Maturation of the wine in the tank by stirring the fine lees after the end of fermentation until bottling.

Best paired with pasta, grilled sea bream, chicken dishes with sweet and sour sauces, yellow cheese of fruits.
