Visual: A wine with deep red color and live intensity Aroma: A plethora of fresh aromas dominated by red ripe fruit mainly red berries, red ripe cherries and a hint of sun dried tomato and dark plum. The complexity on the nose is enhanced with a touch of cinnamon, black pepper, black olive and very subtle oak Taste: Rich and full-bodied, very good balance with acidity, intense crunchy tannins which will soften over the years. Ideal for extended cellaring.

Vinification
Cold maceration for 24 hours, small percentage bleeding for rosé, controlled alcoholic fermentation with selected yeast strains at 20-27C, gentle extraction with few pump overs before starting fermentation (7-10 days), no pressings included in the blend at all, malolactic fermentation, French oak barrels (5th and 6th use) for 12 months, mild filtering with large cross section diatomaceous earth, final filtering (polishing) with sheet filtration
