Bouquet: The bright aroma of fresh apples, pears and quinces is complemented by notes of kiwi, flower honey and beeswax. Sophisticated tones of barrel aging are expressed in light shades of coconut and vanilla.

Taste: Refreshing, with moderate acidity, balanced by medium density wine.

Ageing: 6 months in new French oak barrels, prepared by special technology Ceramic Hydro Toasting.
