Opens on the nose with ripe, straightforward Riesling fruit, dried apricot, orange zest, some wild herbs and delicate citrus notes, also remains fruity on the palate, full-bodied, with a strong stature that is tightened by the piquant acidity, nice substance, depth and fine length.

Harvest Notes
The grapes for this wine are harvested by hand and destemmed to 50%
Vinification
Spontaneously fermented with 5% whole grapes in Upper Austrian oak barrels. The grapes are then pressed by hand. The wine is left to sit on the full lees for a year and is then bottled without filtration.
