Description
Dry White Wine, PGI Achaia. Straw yellow colour with green hues. Expressive nose with complex aromas and notes of peach, white flowers, basil and thyme. Balanced, fruity palate with cool acidity. The finish has a long “vanilla” after-taste.

Vineyard
Vinification
Separate vinification of each variety. Fermentation of both the Malagousia and Assyrtiko in small tanks at low temperatures. Maturation with the wine lees for about 3 months. The Chardonnay ferments in new 225-litre barrels and is left to mature for 6 to 7 months. Final mixing and storing in stainless tanks for 3 weeks.
