Vinification
Prefermentative maceration for 4 hours and free-run juice partial draining (bleeding method). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (15-17oC/59-63F). Aging on lees for 40 days.
Food Pairing
Wine with pale salmon-pink color, citrus aromas of blood orange and pink grapefruit, aromas of white peaches and raspberries. On the palate, it is round and aromatic with botanical finish.
