Food Pairing
To be enjoyed ideally cool at 8° - 10° C with special seafood dishes, sweet and sour dishes, cheese and fruit platters, "Psiles Corfes/High Peaks" can be paired with almost all the appetizers of the Greek creative cuisine, while its rich taste goes well with metsovone (Greek cheese) and aged gruyere. Fruits such as melon, peach, apple and pear fit harmoniously with " Psiles Corfes/High Peaks". Pasta also goes well with this dry white wine. Especially in combination with seafood. Try " Psiles Corfes/High Peaks " with linguini along with glosses, quinces, prawns and roe. Cool and expressive, this wine highlights its rich and special characteristics, with all the fish! Exuberantly aromatic and generous in the mouth, with the right acidity and long aftertaste, the " Psiles Corfes/High Peaks" can also be paired with meats, as it balances their fat.
