Description
The spontaneously fermented wine was aged for 15 months in oak barrels, then 4 months in stainless steel tank and then 8 months in bottle. A typical Burgundian-style Chardonnay production method.The wine dominates with a beautiful golden yellow to golden colour. The aroma is mineral with notes of dried pineapple, with a trace of candied pears, complemented by undertones of wood, and transitions perfectly into the palate, which is long, persistent with citrus notes and a pronounced minerality. The grapes come from our oldest 30-year-old vineyards.
