Description
The Nebbiolo vineyards are located on the top of our estate, in order to ensure the best sun exposure to the bunches. The grapes are harvested around the second decade of October. At the end of fermentation, the wine undergoes the subsequent malolactic fermentation and is left to rest in French oak barrels of 12 hectoliters for 2 years. Once the wine is aged, it is bottled and rested for 6 months in our underground cellar.
