Südsteiermark DACSauvignon Blanc Eichberg 2023

Finely woven, fruity-spicy bouquet with aromas of gooseberries, dried Mediterranean herbs, red and yellow peppers in the background, mineral on the palate, uncompromisingly dry, runs linearly through to the spicy-spicy finale.

Our local wines come from our vineyard on Eichberg. The location, the altitude of 560 m, sandy and gravelly soils and the climatic influence of the Koralpe with cool nights give our wines a distinctive character with fine fruity notes.

The hand-selected grapes are gently pressed and fermented in steel tanks and oak barrels.
